Looking for someone to take over my lease.. I have to get out of Chino Hills. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at my 2 bedroom apartment. It's 600 a month, no utilities included. I need to keep the location private in case the landlord wanted to intervene, so please private message me or drop me a line in the reply section.
Does your landlord know that you are doing this? I may be interested but I don't want to get involved in some legal scheme and then get fined or go to jail or something. I really don't think this is legal...
