Few questions about residing in Chico. 1) Is Chico affordable? It seems the rent prices can go from really low, to very high. Are there certain sections of Chico that are more affordable than others? 2) Place to avoid living? I know in my current city, there are streets and sections of town I would tell people to avoid renting in. Where are these places located in Chico?
Chico can be made affordable if you find the right place or the right apartment. As for safety, Chico is relatively safe and there are no real dangerous parts of the city.
