Are there Pitbull friendly rental properties in Anaheim?
I did some research for you. I took a look at the listings for apartments in Anaheim, and made a list of the ones that accept dogs, & that did not have breed restrictions. Some apartments have a 40lb limit on dogs, and depending on your pittie, he/she may be in that range. I have known some pits as big as 60lbs, or as small as 30lb, so it depends on your animal. If it's close, I would guess that the owners may be willing to negotiate. In any case, here are the options I found for you, in order of least expensive to most expensive. All are in Anaheim.
The Portofino Cove community allows big and small dogs of all sizes. A 425sq ft studio is $975/month. A 1bed 1bath of 585sq ft is $1115/month. A 1bed 1bath 1 den of 755sq ft is $1185/month. They are located at 801 North Loara Street and can be reached at (714) 776-7368.
The Monte Verde apartments are anywhere from $1045/month for a studio, to $1495/month for a 2bed 2bath. They are located at 1619 West Crescent, and can be reached at (888)790-3372. They allow dogs but do not specify beyond that.
The apartments at The Crossing, at 3530 E La Palma Avenue, allow both big and small dogs, and a 1 bedroom is between $1530-2350/month. (Not exactly chump change, I know!) Their number is (866) 986-2216.
Some other apartments that look like potentially pitbull-friendly are Lyon The Vineyards at 5601 E Orangethorpe Ave, and Wateridge at 2200 E Ball Road.
Let me know how it goes!
