Alameda a good place to rent for beach lover like myself? Been scoping out Del Coronado apartments and a few others on the map as they look close to the water. Thought? I love the beach and I am willing to sacrifice a ton to live near one.
There are definitely some great beach spots in Alamadea. You are going to have to sacrifice a lot, as you mentioned, in terms of prices. Renting on the beach isn't cheap! With that said, take a look at the map of the area, where you can see some the properties on the ocean:
Some are obviously more expensive than others, but the general rule of thumb is that they will be over $1000. I hope you know that this is the ballpark you'll be looking in. Good luck!
