Hot water included, what about cold water? So I looked at this nice apartment the other day. The landlord said the hot water was included. My cousin brought up a really good point about the apartment. What about the cold water? Do I have to pay for that?
No cold water comes with pretty much apartment. Never heard of one not having it, and yes it's free. It's common to have to pay for hot and not for cold.
