University Rentals - Property Manager
A surprising majority of TWU students (79%) live in off-campus housing. However, some of these rentals are owned by the school and are offered to students at a price they can afford. Otherwise, students are left to navigate Fort Worth’s rental market on their own. Apartments in the city aren’t as expensive, especially close to TWU’s campus, which is further away from downtown. You should be able to find a one or two bedroom rental for $750 or less. A three bedroom place will be a hundred or two more, but you probably won’t have to spend more than $1000/month, especially with roommates.

Texas Wesleyan University is considered one of the best, if not the best, private university in Texas for a liberal arts education. The school is small, which means low student to teacher ratios and more attention to individual students. US News and World Report has ranked it in the top tier of regional universities for three consecutive years (2010-2012). TWU has a stellar reputation in the liberal arts field, as well as in the educational realm, and with the school’s big city setting there are plenty of local employment opportunities.
