There are some pretty great ethnic food restaurants nearby to campus. Harrar Cafe is a great Ethiopian place that serves authentic and delicious dishes that the locals rave about. Another Ethiopian place is Lalibela, which competes with Harrar, so you’ll find fantastic cuisine built by competition at both of these places. They also have a Indian, Japanese, Italian, Thai food not even a mile off campus. You can find just about anything here that you’re in the mood for in South Orange.

In South Orange, there are only 16,198 residents. Every 1000 residents there are about 6 personal crimes, and 50 property crimes.Crime isn’t terrible in this relatively small town.
