There are plenty of places to eat in St. Cloud. There are the usual chain restaurants like Panera Bread, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Five Guys, and Chuck E. Cheese, but there are also some lesser known restaurants. Granite City Food & Brewery is located in a dozen or so states, and its location in St. Cloud is very popular. Mongo’s Grill has a handful of locations in the US, and a handful in Canada, and is a fun place to eat since you’re able to watch the cooks make the food in front of you. Bravo Burrito and RJ’s American Grill are restaurants unique to St. Cloud, and two of my personal favorites. They are family restaurants with your basic Mexican or American cuisine options, and reasonably priced.

St. Cloud is a city of about 66,000 people. About 85% of its residents are White, and 8% are African American. About 17,000 students attend St. Cloud State, and about 20% of them live on-campus. Nearly 1,000 international students were enrolled in 2006, with nearly 250 from Nepal, and 110 from India. About 80% of all students are White. Slightly more women (55%) than men (45%) go to school here. Women dominate the Education major at St. Cloud, while more men pursue Business majors than women.
