Tribeca ApartmentsGuidesIf You Like Lofts You'll Love Tribeca
One of the great aspects of early - mid 20th century (the 1900's) architecture and large, affordable living space was the conversion of loft space to living space. Technically, a loft is a converted industrial building, where a single apartment encompasses an entire floor of space. The space itself is typically completely open with a separate bathroom(s). Of course the space can be partitioned to suit the individual(s) needs.
Tribeca (stands for Triangle Below Canal) is an area that has a plethora of lofts, and as is true with large living space in Manhattan, comes with a hefty pricetag. But if you can afford it a loft in Tribeca is definately a place to consider.
