Rents and purchase prices are among the highest in the city. I recently previewed a $13 million dollar 2 bedroom apartment. I have to admit that the place was pretty spectacular and included a 2,000 square foot outdoor kitchen. However, you can expect to see sale prices that range from $1,500 - 2,000 per square foot.
So, if you can afford it, go for it because you will be the envy of your friends.
