Knoxville is a fantastic place to spend a Friday or Saturday night. The Tennessee Theatre hosts some of the best Broadway shows, as well as musical concerts. If you want a drink after the show, there are a variety places to choose from: the Public House, the Casual Pint, or the deceptively named Peter Kern Library. If you want to catch a flick, head to Downtown West Cinema 8. For a comedy show, visit the Side Splitters Comedy Club. The Relix Variety Theatre has comedy as well, and concerts.
