Camden is home to the New Jersey Transit Walter Rand Transportation Center, which acts as a focal point for New Jersey Transit (NJT) buses, Greyhound buses, the PATCO Speedline, and River Line. The NJT buses also offer service throughout the city and the surrounding suburbs and the River Line offers light rail service around the city as well. The easy access to the Greyhound Bus also allows residents easy and affordable access to major cities such as New York City and Washington DC.
