Malden is home to a number of restaurants, both high-end and family friendly. According to bundle.com, the three top restaurants are Sun Kong (1), All Season Table (2), and Pearl Street Station (3). Sun Kong receives great customer reviews and is known as one of the best Cantonese restaurants in the greater Boston area. All Seasons Table is known for their variety of Asian Cuisines in a comfortable setting and is a very popular restaurant during the week and on weekends. Pearl Street Station features classic pub style food and features a sports bar and a wide array of special events.
Section 8 & Affordable

Malden Housing Authority is devoted to provide affordable housing opportunities to as many residents as possible and is currently working to expand the program. The program currently manages about 1400 federally subsidized housing units, with about half of these being privately owned apartments. There are currently a number of Section 8 homes and apartments available, but these spots can fill up quickly, causing the city to put additional applicants onto a waitlist.
