Apartment Costs

Jacob Turner - Property Manager

Akin to other suburbs just outside Boston, the rent in Brookline is high but may be worth the expense due to the proximity to the city. With almost 50% of housing in Brookline being renter occupied, apartments are always available, they may just be costly. The average rent for a studio apartment is $1428 and $1841 for a one bedroom apartment. When looking at the average rent for a two bedroom apartment for seven surrounding cities, the Brookline average of $2420 is only $100 more than the average for the surrounding cities.
