Renting costs in Hawaii are going to be sky-high wherever you look (at least compared to most places in the U.S.), so don’t be surprised when you see Kaneohe’s price tags. If you look at MyApartmentMap’s rental data in the area you can see specific figures. Average costs per bedroom: studio - $1570, one - $1698, two - $1907. There are lower apartment prices in the area (see: Pearl City, Aiea), but there are also more expensive (Kailua, Honolulu).
