Colorado Rentals - Property Manager
Parker has a great location because of its proximity to two big cities: Denver and Aurora. Obviously Denver is bigger, but a lot of Parker residents work in Aurora and commute there every day. The drive is about a half hour to both cities, maybe more or less depending on which areas you need to go to, what the traffic is like, and how the weather is. The majority of people drive to commute to work, although a surprisingly large percentage of people work at home (10%).

Parker isn’t too different from the rest of Colorado in terms of climate, which consists of snowy, cold winters and hot summers. Colorado is known nationwide for its snowfall (an average of 67 inches a year), but that’s why we have the best ski resorts! A lot of people can’t deal with the cold temperatures though. The average lows in the winter are in the mid-teens/low 20s. But the summers make up for it: the average highs during those months are in the high 80s.
