Hank Watson - Property Manager

Folsom is an excellent place to live for any commuter working in the greater Sacramento area. Folsom is located at the edge of the Sacramento area, meaning that the traffic flow within the city is much less than the other areas of Sacramento that people need to pass through in order to reach the city or commute. Although many people that live in Folsom also work their, many people do work in the other cities surrounding Sacramento, with an average commute of 10-20 minutes. For people that are working within Sacramento or just outside, the commute is slightly longer due to traffic, but still only takes about 30 minutes. The easiest way to reach the city and the surrounding areas is via U.S. Route 50, but residents can take other streets to reach the various residential areas.
