Dog Fancy magazine has consistently ranked the dog parks here in Gilbert among the best in their annual list of best parks in the nation, and in 2007 they won the top spot. There are a number of pet friendly apartments here, including those offered at Legacy Village, The Edge at Lyon’s Gate, Archstone Ironwoods at SanTran, and Broadstone Twin Fields, to name just a few. The city has a number of services for pets, including groomers, stores, sitters/walkers, boarders, trainers, and veterinarians. This is a community that cares about animals, and is consistently improving their accommodations to them.
